Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We ship across the Philippines. Your exact fee is computed at checkout from your delivery address, before you confirm.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment through Xendit. Choose your method at checkout — COD is selected by default.

Are your products safe to eat? What are the shelf lives?

Absolutely. All Simbag products are made with quality and safety in mind. Each pack has a printed expiry date. Most of our dry goods have a shelf life of 3–6 months. Our jarred products (like Ginataang Santol) are typically good for 6–12 months unopened.

Can I order in bulk for events, pasalubong, or reselling?

Yes! We accommodate bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, resellers, and organizations. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] to inquire about bulk pricing and availability.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier used. Metro Manila typically takes 2–4 business days. Provincial areas may take 4–7 business days. We'll give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your order.

Simbag products are made by micro-entrepreneurs and community members in the Bicol Region, supported by SEDP MPC (Socio Economic Development Program — Multipurpose Cooperative). Many of our producers are local mothers and small business owners.
